Recently I have listen de 2cd NIN album call "THE FRAGILE", its amazing with a lot of prog moments in the line of Tool or M. Volta, Trent Reznor is the Mike Oldfield of industrial music. I love his music and the way he composed

I don`t think Prog related would be enough, Downward Spirlal prove to be on top of progressive metal, with dream theater

or not?

yeah i think nin are prog myself.

mostly because they are very similar to tool.

I say they should be put in art rock, or prog metal, however, at the least, prog related.

Ah yes, The Downward Spiral is a groundbreaking masterpiece That album has probably the  most negative concept  ever... And Trent showed that a keyboard riff can be as aggressive as any distorted guitar! Truly a visionary, he is... although I think most people won't let him in here.. just because

What do You think of with Teeth.. a lot of negative reviews...

I actually like it pretty much!

Not truly groundbreaking, a bit commercial, but still great

After "THE FRAGILE" is a bit dissapointing, but still is good, less industrial and more commercial

This is all getting pretty ridiculous.I love NIN and think Trent Reznor is a genius, and I consider The Downward Spiral one of the best albums of the 90's.

But prog??

NO WAY

Great Industrial music,but not prog.

I would say NIN was as close to true progressive rock as their was at the beginning of the 90's, along with Depeche Mode. IMO!
