(from http://www.jadis-net.co.uk/index1.htm)

"Hi there,

Well, the new CD 'Photoplay' has now been released and all the initial reviews have been very, very positive indeed. Gary has been doing loads of interviews for mags and radio stations all over the globe as part of it's promotion. It has certainly attracted a lot of first hand attention which is extremely encouraging."

I look forward to this album as I've been a fan since their debut. However, I don't think they've made an outstanding album since 'Across The Water'. Fingers crossed with this one!

If you like neo-prog and IQ, JADIS is for you, man!Big smile

Because... Jadis are :

Gary Chandler - guitars and vocalsClap
Steve Christey
- drums and percussionClap
John Jowitt
- bass guitars and backing vocals Clap
Martin Orford
- keyboards and backing vocalsClap

You know who are Jowitt (IQ, ARENA, ARK, DIRTBOX, NEO, etc) and Orford (IQ, THE LENS, WETTON, etc) Wink And also played in the band Mark Rideout & Les "Ledge" Marshall (both from IQ).

If you like Pendragon, IQ, Arena, Shadowland, Marillion, Enchant, Sylvan, Pallas, Kino, etc, you'll enjoy this band.

This band supported and toured with IQ (Nonzamo Tour), MARILLION (Clutching at Straws Tour), FISH, SHADOWLAND, ENCHANT, WETTON...

They were produced by Steve Rothery (MARILLION).

1994: Jadis voted Best Band, and 'Across The Water' voted Album of the Year by UK Classic Rock Society
1995:
* Gary voted Best Guitarist and Jadis voted Best Live Act by UK Classic Rock Society

And VIEW FROM ABOVE (DVD) is a musthave!!!!!!!!!
