I know this is not a Prog Rock subject, but I went to see Mike and The Mechanics about 7 years ago and the support band were Irish and called the SWANs on the BMG label.  I have only found the album they promoted and I can not find either member when I search any sights.

 

Can anyone help ?????  Or do you need more info ?????

The only Swans I know of are from NYC and are a talented and eclectic goth/ heavy experimental band.

Yeah, the only Swans I know area the no-wave band from NYC.

I heard one Swans song, I can't remember what it's called, but I liked it. I'd like to know more about them, but I can't really find much info or any music by them.

I appreciate the replies but the swans from NYC are not the band I am asking about.

 

The swans I am looking for are an Irish Band who released an album in 1999 called Photographs and Letters - they are a two peice - Paul Bell and Brendan Wade.  They released on the BMG label through the Factory in Dublin.  Supported Mike and the Mechs in 1999.
