The guy is Tony Carey. Apparently he played keyboards for Rainbow.

I've noticed a few sites that do consider them prog. I'm not entirely convinced they are. "Art pop" seems like a good description to me. I have both Pink World and their debut. I like their debut better. To me, it sounds similar to Saga's 1980s stuff. I haven't heard their more recent release called "1931."

i own the pink world album.
