Not so much during the winter months. But during the spring/summer/early fall, I do a lot of Mountain Biking.

I can also work up quite a sweat playing air guitar/bass/drums/keybaords/whatever while listening to my CD's.

I played drums from a young age, played football, lacrosse and baseball till I graduated H.S. and was in in the infantry in the Army for almost 10 years.

I have exercised enough.

Ah, but merely going to the gym (to ogle all the sweaty jocks, no doubt) is not enough, Porksword -- you have to join in!Stern Smile

A few times a week running with my Border Collie in the forest, dunes and beach (near Scheveningen, The Hague) and at least one time a week I do my training for semi-marathons (like the annual City-Pier-City run in The Hague). And every year we go for our holiday to Aruba (my wife was born and raised there), there I love swimming, snorkling and walking on the beach (very romantic  ).

I've been going to the gym lately... just using the tredmill so far. Once I get a trainer I'm gonna work out the rest of my body.

I have been doing a lot of Aqua Aerobics lately but now that Autumn is starting, I will be looking to do more walking instead.
