^^^^ Faaips long time no see!

If this thread got shut down it would be a sad day intend, though it did under go a little bit of a name change (had some troubles finding it myself)

Oh that sounds cool (de futura with your brother), you will have to put up some video footage of the final product. Even some rehearsal stuff would be cool to listen to.

Teeth bleaching sure was expensive, but as you can see, worth every penny! And yes, congratulation!

edit: You managed to sneak in a post imbetween, Yu. This comment is for our group photo.

Had to re-awake my favorite thread for this great french chamber/free jazz gem from '71:

Horde Catalytique Pour la Fin
: Gestation Sonore. It may be too purely avantgarde to fit any of the sub-labels on the site, but its nevertheless related to both RIO and Zeuhl in instrumentation, attitude and mood. Comparable to Limbus 3 & 4 (but I find this album more focused and interesting), and as dark as Art Zoyd or Shub Niggurath.

Mellow Records has reissued this impossibly rare LP from the Futura label, recorded in 1971 in Nice, France by an improvisational quartet. This is avant-garde sound collage, free jazz, and general weirding-off, with the sax making various unpleasant noises over a musical bed of clanking chains and slamming doors. To truly appreciate this, it probably helps to be insane.
- Kinesis.com

"Quiet/loud saxophone squealing and squawking, over a background ambience of ominous clatter and drone...piano, percussion, tape hiss... Free jazz fairy tale music from France circa 1971. It's very moody and dark, but then there will be eruptions of Warner Bros cartoon music, almost. You could imagine a cartoon mouse tip-toeing around to some of this. A very scared little mouse. This ultra-rare Futura LP (is on the infamous Nurse With Wound list) and fans of skronky Euro-improv as well as the more cosmic psych soundscapes of, say, Taj Mahal Travellers, should investigate."

-Aquarius Records

(Need? I can help)

Over land and under ashes
In the sunlight, see - it flashes
Find a fly and eat his eye
But don't believe in me
Don't believe in me
Don't believe in me

This kid has a great sense of rhythm... I don't think that's usual at such an early age.

Hi babes! I'm fine [apart from 'flu] ! However, I'm now sans computer and using me friends as and when. Notched up another vodka incident which one is loathe to regale...

Thanks all for the great recommendations and links. Truly blasting my musical world open. Kisses!

Thanks sweets. Thought it was flu but turns out it's a 'Noro Virus'. Had my fill of projectile vomiting for this lifetime. Also no more jokes from me working 'The Squits' into a sentence again
