sometimes I enjoy MTV, there is some humor on that channel that I enjoy.  And sometimes I read a popular book. Thats all though.

I answered question 1 with yes, but Friede and I listen to WDR3 only, a radio station that does not broadcast pop music, but lots of classical and jazz and lately prog too. and no advertising there either. so that's probably not very mainstream

Baldjean, there's a good classical music station at www.wrr101.com that broadcasts over the web if you ever want to check it out.

I listen to the radio about once or twice a week, but the music they play in the programs I listen to isn't very mainstream.
I like reality shows, at least some of them.
I sometimes read books that are currently popular with the masses, but most of the books I read are not.
I guess I'm less mainstream than I thought.

By the way, do I get extra points if I haven't even heard of Hollister?

I suppose listening to radio stations which broadcast classical music or jazz is not very mainstream.I don't do the rest and  I don't miss them.
