I was at the Value Village the other day, and I bought Dinner At The Ritz completely based upon the cover, release-year, and the title of the song State Secret.

Surprisingly I found it to be one of my new favorite albums, after listening to it through a few times I decided it sounded kind of like Supertramp and went to check here, and was not surprised to have found them.

So I was just wondering what most people think of them. :)
No one knows what the purpose of it originally was or if it had a purpose at all. Personally I think it was a pure artistic creation from the beginning.
