well, any pop artist today puts a f***ing hip-hop "artist" in his "songs". But I really hate 50 cent.

Today's punk rock with that label "power pop" or "punk-pop" like Simple Plan, Good Charllotte or Avril Lavigne. |

yeah hard list to pick from. i generally preach acceptance and tolerance of all musical styles but some of these are just impossible.
my personal vote goes to hip hop although nu-metal is a close second.
and today's punk?
im a huge punk fan and i hate to say it but labeling what's going on today(like avril, simple plan, yellowcard, good charlotte, and all that emo stuff) as any kind of "punk" is offending. Please just leave today's music as pop and not pop-punk cause its really not punk at all Edited by lightbulb_son - May 02 2006 at 19:00 |

Nu Metal is terrible, demonstrable garbage. It's ruining the worlds youth and detrecting from the art of music.

Rap isn't a separate genre. It's just a style of singing used in hip hop.
