I'm sorry to say this, but this album is one of the cheesiest things I've ever listened to. I can't deny their competence as players, and the songs seem to have been carefully crafted, but the whole thing is just so childish, cheesy and packed with prog metal cliches, both musically and lyrically (and the fact that it's a concept album makes things even worse), that I can't imagine myself listening to it again. Maybe I'm being a little too harsh, but I was left with the sensation you have after eating something ridiculously sweet. I'm still willing to give their previous two albums a try, though.

I've been listening to Mind's Eye - Walking On H2O.

I'm really enjoying it, it's a bit poppy, but melodies are really fine. It's a well produced album.

What do you think?
