Actually Hugues, Brian Jones has also played with both (he played sax on "You Know My Name"). Come to think of it, I believe Jagger sang on "All you need is love", but I guess you're referring to people who aren't members of either band.Smile
 
Anyway, Billy is certainly the only person to have a credit on a Beatles recording (Let It Be) and is a sad loss. He performed well at the George Harrison tribute concert.
