I don't know how reliable and updated this information is but on the TAP Records website the follwing is written about Ensemble Nimbus:
 
"A new located rehearsal and recording studio is still under construction and the band is currently working with their fourth album titled "SEVEN SIGNS". "

I do wish their debut was re-released though, it's now oop and I don't have it on CD.

I do have Scapegoat and Garmonbozia on CD though.
