HI, COLLABORATORS, THIS IS CÉSAR INCA.

Attention to all Jazz Rock/Fusion specialists -- SUR OCULTO is an amazing jazz-rock power trio with pronounced hints to psyhedelia and progressive. Thier music is intense, and somewhat somber at times. Their web site is located at http://www.suroculto.com.ar/, and it includes downloads of Mp3 archives, so you get acquainted with their music. A couple offf months ago the yreleased their 2nd CD "Estados", and let me tell you... it's great, really great!!!

   Kind regards.

For some reason I can't download the samples from their website.
As with all your recommendations I will definitely look into this band as well.

Wow I'm listen to the songs of their site now. I can only reiterate what you have said, there mood can swing from great intensity during the heavier sections (some great bass happening in there), only to be confronted but sombre improvised piano sections. Quite varied and definately worth looking into a little more of this band.

Well, if you two say it's good, then I must hear it.

The Jazz Rock/FUsion team should look into this band, then.

I hope so too. Alas, I am not in charge of this genre and even if I was it is a team work and we can't add bands alone without the approval of the team members. and you know how it is, not all the members are always available etc etc. LOL So we have to be patient Smile
BTW, I have listened to it as well and you are right (of course) a splendid band. Clap
