Found on an Italian prog discussion board:

http://www.re-prog.it/home.htm

It sounds like an interesting project, rooted in Italian medieval history. Seven prog bands from the Reggio Emilia (a town between Bologna and Milan, for those who don't know Italy) have participated to the project, which was released on June 17 and presented at the historic castle of Canossa on the same day. One of the bands involved, possibly the best-known are Mangala Vallis.

For all fans of Italian prog, and those interested in our long history as well!

Great news!!
Iīm used to get all those prog projects, for instance the Colossus ones that include many italian bands.
Is it available now for buying at the main vendors, like Greg Walkerīs Syn-Phonic?

The link I provided has an English version (click on the Union Jack on the top right side of the page). Anyway, to order the album:

http://www.maracash.com/

English version here as well, but as a Portuguese speaker you should understand at least some Italian.

Sorry, I haven't heard it, but it seems a worthy project - not only musically, but also from a cultural point of view.

OK, guys, I'll check it out for you.... But please, give me some more time to do it, as I'm trying to write three papers at once, and it's still quite hot and muggy around here.

Seems like my fellow countrymen haven't yet come to grips with the idea that you have to have an English version of your website if you want to succeed on the Web...Cry

That is Jack Casady (not Cassidy)

Simply put: one of the three bassists that re-wrote the book in the 60's along with Entwistle and Jack Bruce

My fave Airplane member.
let's just stay above the moral melee
prefer the sink to the gutter
keep our sand-castle virtues
content to be a doer
as well as a thinker,
prefer lifting our pen
rather than un-sheath our sword
