"Marmelade, I like marmelade."
I shouldn't need to remind where that delectable quote is from.

I'm from the O blood group... ¿could you please tell me why I should avoid cereal? I'm concerned; never heard about this before... |

How can Corn Flakes have zero votes? This is a poll about your favourite CEREAL, folks, marmelade sandwiches, how good it may be, is NOT a cereal.. :)
Corn flakes gets my vote, but in reality i start my days with either nothing or just a cup of tea. On regular days, of course, on weekends i start me day WAY to late to even consider doing it with a bown of cerals. |

Coffee - that's all.
Re: blood type, I actually never knew my blood type until my son was born, then deduced it from knowing his and knowing my wife's. |

Corn Flakes are boring ... I prefer Kellogs "Crunchy Nut" flakes - at least that's what they're called in Germany. |

Well, let's sum up: your metabolism is not adapted to these kind of food, because of your genetic's patrimony (O people were the first men, hunters). You must avoid all cereals (so pasta and bread), milk and all milky products and hams, pig and a few fruits and vegetables, which are the following: All details here: http://www.drlam.com/blood_type_diet/blood_o.cfm Edited by oliverstoned - July 31 2006 at 04:02 |
