Looks nice
I'd buy it when I get  a new computer
I wonder how it handles a live show.
some of them have poor latencey issues.

I have Guitar rig 1 and it's excelent.
You can create some awsome guitar loops with it and you can also play over the top of other loops (bass, keyboard and drum, etc).
The effects are great... you'll spend hours just playing about with it. (well I do anywaySmile)

any latency problems ?
pc or mac ?
did you have any problems setting it up (configuration issues) ?

it comes with a floor unit right ?  does it work smoothly with the software ?

would you say this is a toy or a serious pro device ?

I use a 3200 AMD 64bit cpu PC with 1.5Gb of RAM, it only has a cheapish Creative Labs soundcard but I have never had any latency problems with it.
The pedal I have is a very basic USB  foot switch but it does the job. Not sure if this has changed with version two?
It very easy to set up and get it all working together smoothly, just install the software and plug the pedal in.

I would say that the software is aimed at the home studio, it's not a toy by any means but I'm not sure it's the sort of thing you would find in a 'proper' studio.IMO.

for an in depth review have a look here http://digitalmedia.oreilly.com/pub/a/oreilly/digitalmedia/2006/03/08/review-ni-guitar-rig-2.html?page=1
