Is this third album Uoma as good as their second?
 
Knowing I likede the second better than the debut. Especially the closing tracks was particularli brilliant

I have only the first and now this Uoma. It is good IMO. You can listen to samples here:

click on the word "näyte" under each track. It's  finnish for sample.

I haven't heard it yet, but I should be getting some money soon, so I'll probably purchase it pretty soon after that. I'll let you know after I've listened to it.

Is the Alamaailman Vasarat with the collab any good either?

It's good, but I wouldn't necessarily call it prog. The DVD, while entertaining, is quite short, so don't expect too much from it.
