Hey everyone, Im Matt, and Im 14 years old. I love music. Ive been visiting progarchives for a while now, and I finally decided to join. My favorite things to listen to are progressive, psychedelic, and jazz fusion. my favorite bands are pink floyd, the mars volta, mahavisnu orchestra, king crimson, sigur ros, godspeed you! black emperor, and many others.

That is a very nice selection indeed. I was about 1o years old when I found out about Jazz Rock, because my mother (Folk singer) always carry us (my brother and myself) to opposition events (we were under a dictatorship), in wich all sorts of bands played. That music turn my world upside down, since until that point, all I knew about was radio crap (Wich I liked until that time), and standard genres like folk music (wich I still like), Classical (also like), and soft standard Jazz (wich I like less, but still...).
