A couple of months ago I posted that Allan Holdsworth was intending to tour India with Jonas Hellborg and Gary Husband - a personal dream band. Because of (quote) "Allan's flakyness", he has dropped out, but the tour goes ahead with Steve Topping, Hellborg and Husband, with the aim of raising funds for the Tsunami Relief.
Steve Topping is highly rated by Holdsworth and played on albums with Holdsworth's 80's  English rhythm section of Husband and Paul Carmichael (e.g. heard on Holdsworth's IOU recording) a couple of times before; check out Time & Distance:

	Hey Dick, I qalso heard rumor that Allan may play with Planet X. Derek Sherinian was interviewed and it sounds like it could actually happen.
