IF yes, then Chicago and BS&T also
let's just stay above the moral melee
prefer the sink to the gutter
keep our sand-castle virtues
content to be a doer
as well as a thinker,
prefer lifting our pen
rather than un-sheath our sword

It's "bloody" time to do it! IF were a most wonderful Jazz-Rock outfit, often mentioned but never really acted on. Number 4 is very good, number 3 is to start with though, IMO.

Chicago, BS&T are not such a priority in comparison.

"Nuclear Blues" is an amazing BST's pure jazz with bits of rock album...... I think there's more to BST than Spinning Wheel...  But I can't make an opinion to that statement yet.

I still can't find any IF... my father says he has some tapes from them but I just couldn't see themCry... I'll make a more profound search.

I agree with Stephen. If are certainly more of a priority than either Chicago or BS&T (who I would put in PR, I think). IF could fit fine in jazz rock, at least IMO. Great band, as well, and certainly well worth checking out (i have the first two albums).
