Topic: My Dying Bride Posted: November 27 2006 at 17:21 |
After careful consideration, this recently added band have been removed by the admin team.
The person who added them followed the correct procedures, and added them in good faith, but we have concluded that they do not sit well in our database.
We trust our members will understand and respect the decision we have reached.

I have a question. Can other bands from different genres be deleted as well?

This is very much a one off situation, brought about by a change in policy in the way Special Collaborators could add bands. We've now put an additional step in place to avoid a recurrence. I'd emphasise again though that Trickster did nothing wrong whatsoever.

Yeah it was a surprise to me as well to see them added... and then removed. Excellent doom/death metal band, but not very progressive.

They did make one sort of progressive album, '34.788%...Complete'. I haven't listened to it much so I can't comment on it a whole lot but it is definately weird. Some people think it's brilliant but most MDB fans really hate it.

Nah, prog or non prog I still love the band!
There are some progressive moments on some of their albums if you listen closer. They blend well with bands like Tool, Katatonia, Anathema, Deadsoul Tribe, and yes even OSI.
Oh well!
