No, this isnt a wind up!

From the SW Complete Discography:

YOKO ONO – WILL I / FLY (5 SONG EP)
October 2003
CD: US TWISTED Records – TWD-50026
The EP is the fifth release in the ONO remix series and contains a
Porcupine Tree remix of Yoko Ono's "Death of Samantha" from her John
Lennon produced 1973 album "Approximately Infinite Universe". The
track is an atmospheric reworking which combines Yoko's original vocal
with newly recorded acoustic guitar, piano, mellotron and slide guitar.
Additional production and remix created by SW at No Man's Land

FROM PITCHFORK MEDIA:

Taking aim at stereotypes while simultaneously playing straight to them, Yoko Ono has titled her forthcoming album Yes, I'm a Witch. (It's also the name of one of her songs.) And the legendary artist/musician has conjured quite a list of guests to appear on the record. In fact, the record consists of almost nothing but guests.

The idea behind Witch goes like this: Ono chose the artists with whom she wanted to work, gave them access to her back catalog, asked them to chose a song to rework, and then "provided [them] with the vocals and whatever other instrumental elements attracted them from that cut. Almost all the artists chose just the vocals," according to a press release. The result: a remixes/duets/covers record consisting of "entirely new musical tracks."

Tracklist:

01 Hank Shocklee: "Witch Shocktronica Intro"
02 Peaches: "Kiss Kiss Kiss"
03 sh*take Monkey: "O'Oh"
04 Blow Up: "Everyman...Everywoman"
05 Le Tigre: "Sisters O Sisters"
06 Porcupine Tree: "Death of Samantha"
07 DJ Spooky: "Rising"
08 Apples in Stereo: "No One Can See Me Like You Do"
09 The Brother Brothers: "Yes I'm a Witch"
10 Cat Power: "Revelations"
11 Polyphonic Spree: "You and I"
12 Jason Pierce (Spiritualized): "Walking on Thin Ice"
13 Antony and Hahn Rowe: "Toy Boat"
14 The Flaming Lips: "Cambridge 1969/2007"
15 The Sleepy Jackson: "I'm Moving On"
16 Hank Shocklee: "Witch Shocktronica Outro"
17 Craig Armstrong: "Shiranakatta (I Didn't Know)"

==============================

Apparently You can buy the track (and the whole EP) on iTunes if you are a PT/SW fan and dont want to invest in YOKO ONO CORPORATION...

You are quite correct, but let's not allow the facts to get in the way of a good story or my shameless Porcupine Tree hyping...but of course as it is credited as Porcupine Tree then that must be the way Steve wants it.
