I heard Galahads MP3 'Bug Eye' on this sight the other day and really liked it but the album its from has REALLY mixed reviews. It looks like their last album 'Year Zero' is better.

Can anyone recommend an album of theirs with similiar tunes to the brilliant 'Bug Eye' track!?

I missed seeing them at progsfest last year which i regret. They were staying at my hotel too and sat at the next table for breakfast.

Galahad are really a game of two halves. I don't believe you'll ever buy an album that is consistently good all the way through. Having said that, Galahad have produced a few tracks that I've enjoyed.

You also have to give them their due as they are still here after a lot of bands have fallen by the wayside.

Pity you missed them at Progfest Petra as they were excellent. (don't own any of their albums though,so not much help ...sorry!)

Hiya,
 
I have all Galahd albums, except "Complete moment of madness".
 
The one of theirs I highly recomend is the latest one "Empires never last", starts off a bit heavy, but is the best Prog album I have heard, and I have quite a few!!!
 
So buy it, listen to it, and enjoy  Clap
Smoke me a kipper, I`ll be back for beakfast!
