I have eagerly anticipated every Threshold release since 'Clone'... they are in all probability my most played band of the last 10 years....

I'm waiting for the Threshold release as well. When is it due?
I've not heard of Redemption though.

Threshold is one of my favourite band for a long time. Era with Damian Wilson was great he is a special vocalist... Mac is great, too... latter stuff is more proffesional and I hope that new album will be the best from them ! btw: Threshold should be out on 23.03. and Redemption late march early april I hope...

I think they sounded more inspired on Subsurface than ever. I'm anxious about Dead Reckoning, but I'm expecting to be pleased by the new Redemption as well, although I think they have a bit more to go before they get out of the "show-off" phase of their career as a band and learn to gel together better in the studio, a thing that they haven't yet accomplished (The Fullness of Time has very good ideas and fine playing, but it sounds a little cold and artificially put together to my ears). Threshold on the other hand are a much more mature band, wih the main composers also being excellent producers, and they manage to sound more convincing as a unit.

Ok, so who has gone and 'rated' Threshold's new album 1/5?? It's only been added to the PA database a couple of hours, and some troll has gone and trashed it.... probably without even hearing it...

[IMG]height=17 alt=Ouch src="http://www.progarchives.com/forum/smileys/smiley18.gif" width=17 align=absMiddle> | That's why I don't like reviews that contain, well, no review. How can we accept that???? Somebody that hates The Hold (I call Threshold that way ) must have done that. Time to go and complain about it in the appropiate forum.

Threshold And the smart alec who rated it already is just spoiling the whole concept of PA reader reviews. Can the mods find who did it? That's just malicious and pointless. I have notice the "1 star rating" (no review) thing happening with other bands and it stinks. If one star is your TRUE opinion, then write up 200 or so words to tell us why, don't be a cowardly bitter sneak!....... .......Phew.......early morning rant.......good for the soul....... I am really looking forward to this Threshold album!!!
