Who play's the end solo of PoLK? A lot of people have said Fripp but someone mentioned it as Hugh Banton on Farfisa organ?

I always thought it was Fripp too but I could be wrong.

i've asked myself a billion time...if you listen carefully the beginning of the piece is surely an organ(the first 4 second)with leslie active,the rest probably is this sound without leslie and modified with something...maybe is only Fripp...????
I've another question,i the song After the flood from The least ecc. wath kind of vocoder(or similar) is used by Peter Hammil fo singing the word "annihilation"????it's amazing!

If I'm not mistaken, I saw here, in the forum, the post from the VdGG music specialist who said that it was Banton. Then those words were mentioned at least once in another post (by another poster). Therefore I wondered when nobody intervened the "Best Guest Appearance" (or similar to that) thread where "A Plague of Lighthouse Keepers" with Fripp was the most popular example of the best guest appearance.

I'm reading it right now! I just got up to the Double Duo. It's fantastic. I had known the history of the band, but it's very interesting to see the personal side. It's great to have quotes about the music and personal issues from just about every person to ever be associated with King Crimson. Unfortunately, that means that my impression of Robert Fripp being a really big @$$hole has been even further solidified.

At Godbluff DVD where they perform 1971 Plague of.. in studio you can see that that was Banton.
