Can anyone tell me if the new Vermilion Sands "Reverb Overdub" release is the same band that made the classic "Water Blue" years ago.

There is little information on the Web about Reverb Overdub and I know the singer for the original Vermilion died.

If anyone know if they're the same group, and if the new album is good, please post.  Thanks.

Reverb Overdub was released by entirely different Vermilion Sands.
This music is hard core. No members have joined to Water Blue's Vermiliom Sands. And this band is based in Kansai area. On the other hand, Water Blue's Vermilion Sands was based in Kanto area. Especially Yamada & Royama couple lived in Tokyo.
