Fortunate to receive today a 'white label' copy of CTA's first album Full Circle. The sextet is lead by ex Chicago drummer Danny Seraphine and guitarist Marc Bonilla (ex. Toy Matinee). Larry Bragg of Tower of Power provides the vocals. As yet no info wrt the brass players. Musically CTA is brass rock with a modern edge - especially that supplied by Bonilla's guitar, although ~2/3rds of the album is old Chicago classics from the first three albums (Bragg's voice does give them a real good soulful edge). Guests include Keith Emerson, Sheila E and Alex Acuna.
