Oh how I wish I knew of some
I'm a pretty big fan, especially of the Island period, 4 near perfect albums as far as i'm concerned.

I've only heard their first 3. I think it's fascinating how you can hear them develop their style with each consecutive album

I remember posting that I loved Waves and you said you were a big fan. I got the album since I'm a man-whore for Steve Winwood.. and I loved the album. I need to get some others....

That's pretty disturbing. How does Ghost Rider feel about that?

Waves is my favorite by them. I have a very nice pressing of it on vinyl and it's magical to listen to at night in the dark. Kites and Way of the Sun are also both awesome, I have the new CD remasters. Released is very different from the albums already mentioned (it's heavy and rocking compared to the Island albums which are more mellow and meditative), but just as great. Sadly, that's all I have, but I'll be buying the rest of their '70s output soon.

^Odd choices, one new age album (albeit VERY good) and the other a transitional one sorta (it's been rereleased, finally, so i can't wait to get it....)
I'd go for any of the Island albums, you can't go wrong. Plus, they're all recently been remastered.
