Fusion all the way!
I mean fission, anyone can blow stuff apart.
Putting things together. That's real chemistry.

I wrote a three-page paper on fusion in fifth grade. Almost convinced me to go into nuclear engineering. It then occurred to me that a nuclear engineering degree would just get me a job at a nuke plant and not much else. Went into Chemical engineering instead. :)

But yeah, fusion is great stuff. Without it, the earth would just be a cold rock.

I hope they get this fusion thing going. Fission has its advantages, but it's also much more dangerous than fusion. Nuclear power is a good idea in my opinion, and it will be an even better one if we some day replace all fission reactors with fusion reactors.

Are we talking about chemistry or nuclear phisics? And don't think that fusion implies no danger...
