For the first time in 30 years the legendary band MAGMA come to Norway this fall, more precisely to SENTRUM SCENE, Friday the 28th of September.

The powerful and experimental band was founded by drummer Christian Vander in France 1969, and has had a mythical status among fans of the progressive and experimental music since that time.

Magma’s solid lineup consists of 9 musicians, with Christian Vander as the obvious leader of the band.  The relatively new lineup surprised everyone with their release of Köhntarkosz Anteria in 2004 , which proved that the creative nerve still was more than intact several decades after Vander & Co recorded their most known records.

Now, in 2007, MAGMA still possesses an energy and force on stage that is unique.  Old classic masterworks are played with an energy and superior force that still impress.

After several decades waiting for the Scandinavian public, MAGMA will finally come back to Oslo, and everything is set for an unforgettable evening.  This 30 year anniversary is presented by Unlimited Management Ltd at SENTRUM SCENE the 28th of September 2007.

Tickets can be bought through www.sentrumscene.no or www.billettservice.no.

The scattered jigsaw of my redemption laid out before my eyes
Each piece as amorphous as the other - Each piece in its lack of shape a lie

he he.  Yeah, you need to start listening to Magma.  But the best start is definitely a live concert.  It will spellbound you; and leave you wondering why you haven't listened to Magma before!!!! Wink
