Oh my giddy aunt...like us all..i have been collecting records for years..and ever so often someone says..."oh yeah...check this out"..but once in a blue moon...it's something that blows yer head of...
namely..."CottonwoodHill"..this is without doubt one of THE best albums,
i have had the pleasure of bathing my ears in...up there with Harvey Mandel & Steve Hillage.

I would think this band should be on the krautrock page, simply because they use the Motorik drum beat...(see below)

also please check out a modern prog/acid band called "of Arrowe Hill"

"Cottonwoodhill" is a wild album, especially "Brainticket". The repetitive organ patterns, the manic drumming, all these noises and then this completely tripped-out woman reciting all kinds of crazy stuff - yes, it is a ticket for a rollercoaster ride through your brain indeed.

Self: Gotta get Cottonwoodhill...Gotta get Cottonwoodhill...Gotta get Cottonwoodhill!

It is on my eBay watch list, appearing for few times, but I am after a bargain (aren't we all!) and trying to be miserly with what I pay for things at the moment.
