From Marillion's forum:

If we found a way to do a convention in the US and say we did it 2 weeks after the Holland convention in 2009 - my question is (especially to all the Americans present) - would you go?

Dicuss!

If anyone (especially us here in America) want to weigh in, I urge you to go to the forum discussion

Let's get this ball rolling, guys!!!

I would most certainly go. Marillion is one of the most important bands that I've ever listened to and to see them perform anything live would mean a great deal to me.

I'd love to, but only if it's somewhere near my vicinity (not too likely).

Well, there's nothing wrong with being the squeaky wheel, fellas. I see that Stonie chimed in.

Makes me a little torqued when I see some the Euros voicing against it. They have a steady dose of Marillion tours.

I am a Marillion fan from way back.  Seen and met them (beers in the bars after the show kind of met) twice.  Sadly, I wish this headline had read--"Marillion's manager cracks the whip and tells the band to get back in the studio and redeem themselves for releasing Somewhere Else."
Sorry folks, got to call this one like it is.  This album is seriously lacking.

Marillion's manager has started a poll on the band's forum. If you'd attend a US convention, please go to the link above and vote 'yes'.

Thank you,
