Has anyone heard russian female voice at the end of this song?

I thought I'm kinda gone crazy when I heard it the first couple of times!

I'll ask for you.  I had no idea it was Russian, since it's sampled and effected.  It's most probably from a movie, knowing those boys.  Hahha.

Apparently one of the amplifiers picked it up from a radio.
