Well make a list of your favorite instrumental songs!
I thought about excluding instrumental bands, but I guess we'll keep them.

I'll make one later cause I'm hungry.

King Crimson's instrumental work is really great, along with Coltrane Sündïa, and just about every song Pat Metheny's ever written.

f I realise it sounds a bit pedantic, but an instrumental can't really be a song... Where is the singing?TongueWinkLOL

Iron Maiden - Genghis Khan
WOW! I love this song so much, it's like 2 minutes of perfection. Totally awesome.

King Diamond - Insanity
What a beautiful and emotional song. Definitely one of my favorites.

Rush - La Villa Strangiato / YYZ / Malignant Narcissism / The Main Monkey Business
I like all of them so much.

Frank Zappa - Peaches En Regalia
BRILLIANT!

Focus - Hocus Pocus
This song rocks.

And also: Camel - Rhayader..
...
and Hoedown by ELP Embarrassed
And the sand-castle virtues are all swept away
in the tidal destruction the moral melee.
