I think that Dick Heckstall-Smith deserves to be included in PA under  'Jazz-Rock/Fusion. His superb solo and sole release ( so far as I know )  'A Story Ended' recorded with numerous brilliant british jazz/rock/blues musicians is the best reference.

I'll report your suggestion to the JR/F team. I am sure it will be given due consideration.

I don't see him there (yet) so I guess he didn't make it. 'A Story Ended' came out soon after the (initial) demise of Colosseum, of which D H-S (RIP) was a founder member. Colosseum rightly have a place in PA in the Jazz/Rock Fusion section and as such for this release I agree D H-S should be there too. The centre piece 'The Pirate's Dream' is all but Colosseum (Hiseman/D H-S/Farlowe & Clarke are all there and Greenslade is elsewhere on the album, eminently replaced on keys on this track by the old guru and arguably father of Jazz Rock, Graham Bond) and surely hits the progressive category in broad and narrow senses.

I've heard the album in question but only the once.  I'll have to give it another listen.  I think he should be here though.
