I'm assuming this is legal as its on their own site, three other songs are up with videos too....looks like they're having fun  

----not for anyone who doesn't want to hear anything from the upcoming album-----

edit: these videos are a bit distracting from the song itself, its hard to pay attention to the music  and what good music it is

	Great song, but what they're playing in the video has nothing to do with the music going on
