Just wonder what my fellow prog-head feel about this song? I always like this song it is just great early candidate of Math Rock even if the genre was not invented. Could someone explain the time changes in this song if you know?

Most of it's in 4/4, except for a couple sections in triple-meter.  It's not really very complicated.

It's a classic Beatles song. One of the best and most memorable on The White Album.

Happiness Is A Warm Gun I read was a polyrhythm they did some interesting things.

3/4 meter ("Lucy in the Sky")
Changing meters but keeping the same beat ("Back in the U.S.S.R")
Changing the meter between various compound and simple meters ("Strawberry Fields Forever")
Irregular accents ("A Day in the Life")
