Hello,

I just want to recommand you the first album of Leitmotiv, Entangled.
Leitmotiv is a young group of Quebec and the band is working on the second opus.
The group decide to put the first album free in mp3 format on his web site.

I think that Entangled is a good rock-professive album and it could be cool to take a minute to listen or get the album on the web site.

www.leitmotivonline.com

p.s. The cd cover album is also available.

Phil

Hey Phil,
Great band you have here.  This may come as a surprise to you, but because you have a full release out available for purchase, it makes you band eligible to be included here on Prog Archives.  I'll run this by some people, and I'll try to get this thread moved to the "Suggest New Bands" section of the forum.

About the music:  I really enjoy you sound!  "And then came the day that" it a wonderful song, I'm listening to it again as I type.  I hear a lot of cool influences in your sound that I really like, they keys are great and the songwriting is very good.  I'm hoping you guys plan on continuing with this work, I'd love to see more.

Could you explain to me why "Symphonic" appear after the message title of the topic?
I'm new here and I try to understand.
Is it mean that we play some Symphonic Progressive?
If the answer is yes, could somebody explain to me what's mean Symphonic Progressive?
I have not heard about that,

thank you very much,

Phil

Phil

Our website categorizes bands by where we best feel a band would fit on the website.  The idea being that someone using our website as a reference would naturally like to see bands with similar sounds to their favorite bands.  On first impression your music reminds of some of the classic bands that have been categorized as symphonic progressive.  Here is a link to the page on our website that describes symphonic progressive and some of the bands that are included in the genre.  The reason that "symphonic" appears after the message title is to alert the Symphonic team that a new band is being suggested for their area and that they should take a listen and determine if your band should be included on our website in their area.

I hope that this helps.

Scott

By the way, I gave your album a listen and enjoyed it very much.  Thank you.

I already checked them, I have no objections about Litmotiv.

Still HT and Eric have to speak though.

This album is simply amazing!Smile A lot of England 70's influence (Genesis, Gentle Giant)
Music is the refuge of souls ulcerated by happiness.

O.K. O..K> , I know I should really upload a song or two, since I've had their permission for a few months now.
But yes, they are quite amazing considering that this is not a major label project.
