Hi Guys,

We received an email from Chris Cavera, guitarist for Killbot Zero, requesting that we evaluate his band for addition on PA.  Here is his email:

KILLBOT ZERO is an up and coming instrumental progmetal band. It consists of Bruce Vermett on drums and Chris Cavera on guitar. An I-Pod does the rest. Similar bands include PLANET X, RON JARZOMBEK, LIQUID TENSION, and JORDAN RUDESS.
They currently have 2 official CDs available at Mindawn, plus plenty of freebies and B-sides at their site. Their latest CD is entitled "Microtopia". They strive to write catchy yet complicated instrumental metal with a healthy dose of synthesizers thrown in. Odd time, frequent key changes, and unconventional chord progressions are punctuated with shredding guitar, chugging riffs, and blast beats.
See what Billy Sheehan and Ron Jarzombek had to say about them at: www.cavera.com.

In addition, here is a link to their MySpace page which includes some of their music.  http://www.myspace.com/progzilla

On the surface they certainly sound like they might fit the bill for a slot in one of the prog metal categories.

Thank you for your time in considering them.
