Venturia, a prog-pop-metal band from France:

(their official web site is under construction).
They play a prog-metal influenced by pop-dark-art music, with both male and female vocals; they are very technical and quite original. The song structure is more pop-goth than prog-metal, but they can play ;-)

Did a search and noticed that the band was suggested for inclusion in 2007:

I've checked the progfreak.com Prog Metal charts and don't see the band on them.  I'll contact the Prog Metal Team to hear what they think about this addition.
