Echoes is my fave song of all-music. Nonethless Shine on You Crazy Diamond pt 2 is as groovy as you can go, that jazz-fusion improv, is amazing. I'll go with Echoes, no matter what.

I recently heard about the thing where you listen to Echoes, and play 2001 A Space Odyssey silently on video simultaneously from the start of the Infinity section. Apparently, it's something else. I've not got 2001. Anybody else seen this? P'raps I'll post a new thread.

Physically cannot choose. My hand refuses to vote. Favourite lyrical content ever (with one possible exception), or the sublime Shine On...

It's tough, but I'm gonna say Echoes because I've always thought Shine On is too bluesy for its own good.

Coin flip for me. Both are great works of music by a classic band.

Those 4 guitar notes are genius. (if you don't know which ones then you're on the wrong planet)

The anthemic Shine On of course. Very good poll though.
