Alright I'll remember you said that Scott.

I do like me some dad-prog though. Marillion, IQ, Phideaux and others that I forget right nowEmbarrassed
Dimensionaut though was ordered because I currently am challenging myself a bit musically. That, and it's Phil Collins' son behind the kit and he's doing the vocals too. What can I say, I dig his daddy-oBig smile

His singing sounds a good bit like dear ol' dad, so if that isn't a turnoff like it is for some, then you are halfway there.

Well the packaging will be pretty economical I'm sure...just those little paper slipcases.  No jewel cases.  But the thing is, I have no Priest on CD that I'll be duplicating with this purchase.  So as a way to get everything at once it's an awesome deal, and apparently they've done a new, pretty decent remaster on the first two.

I am also intrigued by this collection.  I do have four of them on CD already, but this seems too good a deal to pass up.

Hey Dave. I think you'll appreciate some of the album altogether as a complete listening experience for you. One of my main dicrepencies is that the album, I think, is far too long. It does meander along and gets pretty trite.
I do, however, appreciate some of the sophisticated pop elements on the album. The main chorus on I AM (Demensionaut) is absolute beauties. ;)

Pre-ordered Hedvig Mollestad Trio's new album Enfant Terrible, and ordered Norwegian prog fusion trio Krokofant's s/t debut. Their music's been compared to Mahavishnu Orchestra, Terje Rypdal, King Crimson and Henry Cow. Sounds interesting, eh? Check out one of the tracks from their debut album here.
