Ordered The Young Gods - Data Mirage Tangram. I don’t know, you take your eye off a band for 9 years then find a new album’s just come out .

Tom, hope you're well, mate! Did you head off to any local stores out your way for RSD? I woke up at 4:30am, hit the road by 5:30, arrived at a local store called Discrepancy Records by 6am for a 7am open! Already nine people waiting in line, by the time it opened, there would have been another...forty behind me?

Anyway, I got the `Gong - Live in Bataclan 1973' and `ELP - Live at the Pocono International Raceway USA, 1972' double sets. I suppose the luck of being the lone progger means that I could sneak through and pick up those titles that others don't have a lot of interest in (seems like everyone is always there for Bowie stuff). I stupidly didn't even think to snap up the Hawkwind `The 1999 Party' reissue which has a cracking early Seventies performance, though!!

Happy listening, mate!

Used cds from a local record store(2 dollars each). I picked up these four:

Mercury Rev- All is Dream
Oingo Boingo- Dead Man's Party
Matt Stevens - Lucid (very surprised to see this there and it was still wrapped and yet still 2 dollars; I didn't see any Fierce and the Dead though)
Brian Wilson- Your Imagination (say what you will but I've always been a fan of Wilson's sunshine pop even though I'm not a big pop fan in general(at least not the typical dance pop stuff).

In the past I have picked up cds here by Def Leppard(high and dry), Suzanne Vega, REM, U2, Died Pretty, Paul Simon(graceland and surprise), Dire Straits, The Beatles(let it be), Living Colour, Sting, The Cranberries, Train, Phil Collins and others. All for two dollars except the Beatles which was six(and digipack). Not really much in the way of prog here for the most part but that's ok since I also like other kinds of music.

Ordered the various Tangerine Dream Dream Mixes albums. I need to stop now as I’ve filled up my storage . I have a nice neat bookcase with about 500 CDs in 3 large wallets and the paper inserts in photo albums having discarded all the plastic jewel cases, and roughly 200 CDs in digipacks and boxes on a shelf.
