Generally regarded as the bands best two albums, and the only two I have, which is your favourite? I'll go with Felona e Sorona, an absolutely stunning piece of music.

Le Orme was one of my absolute favourite bands a few years ago, and started my love affair with Italian Prog.  I haven't listened to the band much over the last two years.  I don't have a clear favourite of these two, so will not vote.  I'm in the minority when it comes to favourite Le Orme album.  Mine is Contrappunti.
Just a fanboy passin' through.

Voted for "Uomo di pezza".

If not of these two my fav is "L'infinito".

Felona here.

Contrappunti as close second with Uomo di Pezza.

Each of the three albums has a superlative intro.

I think both of these are masterpieces. What an amazing band ! Clap If pressed at gunpoint to choose, i guess "Uomo Di Pezza".

BANG ON!  Felona for me

I never post anything anywhere without doing more than basic research, often in depth.

Felona to tie the competition - although I am very eager to buy Uomo - maybe I'll have the chance
yet you still have time!

^Its going pretty cheap on Amazon at the moment, as long as you type in Orme, instead of Le Orme.

I'm, sort of, surprised at how well Uomo di Pezza is doing, the style doesnt seem to be as well developed on that album as it is on Felona, though the ideas are just as good.

very fond memories of seeing them last year with Raff, Andrea, and Mandy

let me put it this way...

seeing them perform the timeless music of Felona... amazed me. Incredible music.

seeing them perform side 1 of Uomo di Pezza. .. brought tears to my eyes. Incredible music

Uomo di Pezza for me... the only album from the RPI big 3 that is in my personal top 10 or 15 albums.

nice poll.. have some clappies..

If it was a DT poll, I wouldn't have to go listen to both! Wink

btw.. my vote goes to......Uomo di Pezza! Both are great albums, but I like the diversity on the earlier one more. Plus it has Figure di Cartone... can't get enough of that tune and its buzzy Moog!
