Interesting band.  Similar in some ways to bands like Mr. Bungle, Zappa, and Beefheart.

I love when bands are throwing polka & punk elements in prog. Or vice versa.

That being said, I think it could easily fit in Eclectic. It's a bit alternative-y, and it reminds of Primus (although dunno why) but...it's one of the directions prog should take in the future

Thanks, Moris.  And it reminds me of Primus too.  It is alty, but a progressive kind of alty.  I figured an art rock category would fit it best.  I like the idea of it in Eclectic.
