The owner of a local progstore told me that due to Brain Salad Surgery 35 th anniversary Rhino records would release a special triple edition with 5.1 sound and bonus tracks (similar to pink floyd's piper boxset)

Anyone knows anything about this?

Extra tracks? Where would they suddenly come from, because the bonuses attached to their CD remaster were the weakest of all their CDs. Possibly some live tracks?
Any details, anyone?

Still prefer a ''local'' progstore (wherever it existsLOL) than a BestBuy...............Was there yesterday, nothing great in prog to buyConfused.................I was checking a E-DUB recommendation (Brave from Marillon)...couldn't find a single Marrillion CD.
About Elp, BestBuy might give you the opportunity to get a ''best of'' if stocked..

About BSS, who knows? we can't judge and criticize before seeing (hearing should i say) it?
Let's not start the regular primitive anti-ELP bashing thread!Wink

BSS has been already released on DVD-Audio with 5.1 surround sound in 2000 (BTW great listening experience):

Not a rarity at all.

Taking into consideration that ELP often had quadrophonic sound in their concerts, the release is more than worthwhile (of course if you don't think that all re-releases are made only to rob you Smile).

Who are you and who am I to say we know the reason why... (D. Gilmour)
