Nguen Le plays here in Vilnius jazz live tomorrow - mostly new album's program

Very fresh release - fourth ex-Steely Dan Donald Fagen's solo album is as good as his solo debut "The Nightfly" from 1982 (if you listen pop-jazz/white r'n'b/lite funk mix)

found a Blue Note compilation of Hammond masters which I might get, with some of the usual suspects - but playing music I've not heard before

Mehldau trio sounds interesting - didn't listen the album still. I wasn't much enthusiastic about some last Mehldau albums...

Can't you download it without having Apple products - just been told the sound quality is better than what we are putting out---- not sure how?

The generosity of the guys at Moonjune Records means strong representation of their music during Thursday night's show. Otherwise really got into  the new David Sylvian retrospective, A Victim Of Stars, over the weekend and by pure chance discovered  a suitable tune of the same name.....by Hector Zazou. Otherwise a fun eclectic mix (but else might you expect). BTW two folks had problems last week with the links given below (nobody else did....) - I recommended the Apple Ipod radio link as an alternative  - with one response 'after downloading the software, found I had a better broadcast quality.....:'
