tricky one, I think they may deserve a place here though.. 'Kaukaisen maan laulut' very nice, almost symphonic.. I'd say overall they do a real good art pop with just a few Post elements.. we'll see what Xover thinks

The Godz of Xover appear to be on vacation - there's just us acolytes guarding the gates
Sounds interesting - need to give it another listen to be sure (and consult with the other acolytes)

What does this word (kurki) mean in Finnish anyway? Some Finnish words sound very Polish. This is the case. "Kurki" in Polish means "little hens".

Google translates Kurki as "Crane" which is the same bird as appears on the band's website and album cover |

hmmm... giving another listen... may take your word on this one Igor for Xover over Posty... the first thing I hear is Post-Rock... wait.... almost 3 years on this site.. and STILL have no idea or have never been able to get a straight answer as to what Post-Rock is... my favorite answer (from a team member nonetheless hahha) was ...'you know it when you hear it' brilliant
listening again.... |
