I guess it is something in the vein of Mostly Autumn (guitar, flute, Olivia Sparnenn on vocals), though no info whether keyboards present.
When my copy will arrive I'll post some words here.

Hi,
Nice soft Rockin' songs, Bryan with a nice voice, sometimes speaking... and of course soaring guitar work.
Mmm people who know Mostly Autumn will reckognize it. But it 's different, not that spiritual, not that emotional. Sometimes the lyrics are even funny. Nothing we wittnessed on a Mostly record.
mmm i like this album, very much!

I was surprised to see it in Mostly Autumn discography on PA: http://www.progarchives.com/album.asp?id=20838
It is even reviewed.

I have nothing against the album, but it is Bryan Josh's solo work, not MA album!

I see 3 ways:
1. include Bryan Josh on PA (of course if collaborators' team agrees);
2. leave it in MA discography, but change the title to "Bryan Josh. Through These Eyes";
3. delete it as an inappropriate addition.

The 3rd way is less preferable, because the album is in many ways similar to MA style and deserves to be on PA.

But I think it is not a good way simply add solo albums to bands' discographies

Taken care of.  I was going to have it removed but there are already reviews posted for the album, so I created an entry for Bryan Josh under Prog-related (and let Tony know I had the audacity to add a band to PR).  I moved the album under Josh, and also let the person who added it know so hopefully this doesn't happen again in the future.

We will have to figure out where Bryan Josh should end up at some point, but if I had to bet I'd say he'll end up staying in PR.....
