This almost makes me want to write reviews. I only wish I had an opinion on something.

^ ehhhh... never know until you try.. try a Dream Theater album...  if that doesn't inspire love... or hate enough to do a decent opinionated review.. nothing will.LOL

Well, I do have a few unfinished reviews lying around.  None of them regarding Dream Theater though.  Wanna borrow one? LOL  I got one for the new Marillion that has a very funny opening line using ...piness...

By the way, thanks again for having the Zappa Plays Zappa giveaway.

A penny for my thoughts and yet I have to put my two cents in. What the hell is wrong with this equation?

Good news, Max! I hope it will inspire us to write more reviews, but I would suggest - instead of having a flood  of YES or GENESIS short and unsubstantiated reviews coming up - to put a special weight on reviews of those albums that were so far not reviewed at all or that have only a few reviews. It would help to balance the content of the site, IMO...

I would suggest that if not now but perhaps in the future (if this goes on) that some select prizes will go towards one of the people submitting first reviews only.

A possible idea - for the far future I guess - would be to have a special prize to go to reviews of non-western artists (i.e. reviews of acts from eastern europe, asia, middle east, africa, south america).

I prefer not limiting winner only to first review of album, maybe later I can give more weight to them.... but not now !

An easy one would be to have only reviews from the past 2 years ? Please discuss this.
